South Hook LNG volunteers makeover the Pill Centre
A team of willing volunteers from South Hook LNG took on the challenge of painting the main hall at the Pill Social Centre in Milford Haven, giving a fresh new look to the hugely popular community venue.
The Centre has been serving the local community for more than six decades and is the perfect place to hold celebration events and group meetings. From rehearsal space for local clubs and community ventures to the home of ‘Christmas Together’, the Pill Social Centre is a focal point within the community and is run by a dedicated team of volunteer Trustees.
Armed with paintbrushes and rollers, staff members from South Hook LNG, arrived early at the Centre, ready to put in a hard day’s work of painting and decorating, as part of the Company’s second Community Day this year.
Following the success of the Community Day held at the Hubberston & Hakin Community Centre earlier this year, we were pleased to have been able to provide hands-on-help to this much-loved community venue.
Joining the South Hook LNG team for the photograph is Teresa Evans, Trustee of the Centre.
