South Hook LNG is continuing its support of local community groups and voluntary organisations across Pembrokeshire, with the relaunch of its Community Fund for 2019.
With the opportunity to apply for support of up to £5,000, the energy company is working closely with Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services (PAVS), seeking applications from community organisation, initiatives and events that promote community enhancement in the areas of safety, environment, education and wellbeing.
“We actively support our community through various programmes” commented South Hook LNG’s PR Manager, Mariam Dalziel. “The Community Fund, run in partnership with PAVS is just one of the ways that we are supporting local initiatives, with financial assistance having been given to hundreds of organisations over the years. We are keen to continue working with groups across Pembrokeshire and the many volunteers that are dedicated to bringing value to the community.”
From community safety and environmental projects to the support of fundraising events and development of social inclusion initiatives, a range of applications are supported through the Fund.
